Means we know him for carpentry
His Parents and siblings we all know
But how come he is in command
Of all these mighty accomplishments
They were surprised that his background
Did not hold him down as it has held them
They begin to tell stories of his past

When your life is in command of results
People will write about you
They will trace your history
Name your parents and list your siblings
I discover age is just a number
Result is what puts you in command

The other day I saw on TV
The half-brother of Barrack Obama
And I said to myself
His brother is commanding result in US
And the world  traced Obama's history
The guy in Kenya too came to light

That is what happened
To the brothers and sisters of Jesus
They were all named when they saw Jesus
Displaying high level of wisdom
Beyond their common sense
The mighty works of His hands
Made them jealously angry
That is another thing about results
It also attracts critics too
It's not a surprise anymore that people
Can be offended when you breakout
Of the limitation by your background
They will be offended
That you do not die a commoner
That you dare to do what they dread to do
So be ready to receive bricks from men
You can let it halt you and you get hurt
At the end that you could have been more
If only you have not allowed the opinions of men
To stop you from going after your dream
Or you can use the bricks as a foundation
To build you an enviable destiny

So take your destiny in your hands
And work your greatness from inside out
Life has a space for everyone
But it’s a sad thing that not everyone
Get to occupy that space before they are gone
Because they despise the nudge within them
Pushing them to step out and be
Who they dream to be
But the fear of what people will say
And the limitation of ‘no one has ever done this
In my entire lineage’ has held many
Potential great men bond

If Jesus can daze and astonishe men
From his own home land
Then you too can step out of the common
Breaking the borders of limitation
Of your background

So task your brain and colour your future
Make it sweat to gather the yield of the earth
